STEP 1:
Sook the ice bag in water for 3 minutes to make fully inflaled.
把冰袋放入水中浸泡3分钟左右使其充分膨胀。

STEP 2:
Dry the surface water with the non-woven fabric facing up and put it into the refrigerator for freezing.
擦干表面水分，无纺布面向上，放入冰箱冷冻。

STEP 3:
